Here is this week’s sketch from 2S4U…
I have these papers from CTMH that I love… they’re called Notebook. I am always, always drawn to vintage, tattered and antique stuff. These are what I used to make this card. I’ve pulled from my ribbon stash and the button is from a pack of Jenni Bowlin buttons that I cracked open this morning. Stamps are also CTMH.
It’s turning out to be a beautiful day… I was up early, put Keith Urban on my faux-pod and crafted. Now I need to put on my jeans and go pull weeds. Thanks for looking at my card!
I’m home sick today and have no energy to do anything but
1. Sit and surf blogs.
5. Submit for a card challenge.
I haven’t submitted to Caardvarks or Mojo Monday before, so this is a first — Caardvarks challenge is a Kraft paper card which I have done using the Mojo Monday sketch which is…
Mojo Monday #75 Sketch
I am using some Beary Patch stickers that I got for a prize at a crop last month — I realize I’m a little late for Valentine’s day but I think I could still give this card year round. The little circles are those little cork pads that come 36 to a package at Dollar Tree — I thought they would work with this card.
I’ve also used a border punch and corner punch from Stampin’ Up! and the polka dot paper are some scraps from Teresa Collins’ Documented papers. Thanks for looking!
I was looking in my hard drive for cards that I’ve made and long since given away… so I thought I’d post a couple of them. This was a wedding card — the bride’s colors were pink and the groom’s last name is Black, so that’s the reason for the Pink and Black card. I don’t remember all the papers I used, but the B stamp is from CTMH.
Here are some valentine’s cards I did last year for a workshop — all the stamps and papers are also from CTMH — as a former CTMH consultant, 80% of my stash are all CTMH!
On the card below, I used red gems in place of the brads on the hinges — I thought that was a fun way to use them. All CTMH.
